Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AutoClave ("the Service"), provided by Caddez Soft, India.. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Accounts and access

Accounts are approved individually by CADDEZ. A subscription is for one named person and one active browser session at a time; signing in elsewhere ends the earlier session. You must not share your account, resell access, or let others use it.

2. Subscription and payment

AutoClave is sold as a twelve-month subscription, invoiced with GST and paid by bank transfer or cheque. Access runs until the date shown in your account. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; we will contact you before the end date.

3. What the Service is — and is not

AutoClave produces specification sketches and general-arrangement drawings from the inputs you give it. It does not perform pressure-vessel design calculations (thickness, nozzle reinforcement, supports, code compliance). Every drawing must be checked by a competent engineer before it is used for approval, procurement or fabrication. CADDEZ gives no warranty that a drawing is fit for any particular purpose.

4. Your data

Drawings and inputs you save remain yours. We store them to provide the Service and do not use them for any other purpose. If your subscription ends, saved drawings are kept and become available again on renewal.

5. Acceptable use

No automated or scripted access, scraping, load testing, or attempts to extract or reverse-engineer the drawing engine. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fee you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Maharastra have jurisdiction.
