Caddez Soft, India. operates AutoClave. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, and the name, company and phone number you give when requesting access.
• Drawings and inputs you save to your account.
• Basic usage records: sign-in times, the IP address of your last request, and a session identifier used to keep one active browser per account.

Why

To sign you in, approve and manage your subscription, store your drawings, prevent account sharing, and contact you about your account. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Where it is processed

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Resend — delivery of sign-in codes and account emails.
• Google Fonts — typeface delivery.

Retention

Account and drawing data are kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period after, so drawings are available if you renew. Ask us to delete your account and drawings at any time.

You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to info@caddez.com.
