See it before you pay

Before you subscribe, we draw one of your own vessels with you on a live call from your datasheet, so you can judge AutoClave on your real work. Payment is only requested after that.

Payments are non-refundable

Because you have seen the Service working on your own drawing first, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, and unused parts of a term are not refunded.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or excess payments are refunded in full.
• If we are unable to give you access, we refund the fee.
• If CADDEZ withdraws the Service, or closes your account other than for a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of your term pro rata.

No automatic renewal

Subscriptions do not renew on their own, so you are never charged without agreeing first.
